PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a curable composition which is not only cured with moisture in the atmosphere to give a cured product having excellent elasticity, transparency and adhesiveness, but also little leaves the odor of a monomer to improve working environments. SOLUTION: The curable composition is characterized by comprising (a) a hydrolysable silyl group-having (meth)acrylate-based polymer obtained by radically polymerizing a (meth)acrylate monomer and (b) a primary or secondary amino group-having compound.
