<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for a bar like material such as a pipe and a cable, which has a fixing part for fixing the holder to a part, a pair of holder arms connected to each other in one end thereof to form a holding part having a trough for receiving the bar-like material, and a closing element for, at least, partially closing the holding part between free ends of the holder arms at a closing position. <P>SOLUTION: In this holder, the holding part includes a guide groove extended in the longitudinal direction of the trough of the holding part. On the other hand, the closing element is, at least, partially arranged outside the holding part at an opening position in one end of the guide groove, and reaches the closing position with the movement through the guide groove.
