Honey-brandy is prepared from natural fruit crystallised honey, boiled water, William (Bartlett) Pear, pure extracted flower honey and propolis. The preparation process includes several stages: preparation of mixture of fruit crystallised honey and boiled water, adding of Williams (Bartlett) Pear, brandy distillation, brandy refinement with several sorts of pure extracted honey and diluted propolis, sedimentation of refined honey and brandy bottling. By its taste and smell, the prepared honey-brandy is similar to alcohol beverages added honey. Alcohol content is about 29%. The prepared brandy is a natural honey-flavour product, packed in identifiable bottles and brand protected.
