PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless system which allows a radio communication mobile station to download in advance the software of a radio communication service available at a moving destination before the station arrives at an area where the radio communication service is offered. SOLUTION: A base station identifier is assigned individually to a radio communication base station. Using the base station identifier as a key, a radio communication service offered by a relevant service area group and adjacent service area groups is managed by a server 2. A radio communication mobile station 4 can obtain information on a radio communication service available at the adjacent service area groups from the server 2, by transmitting a request for a service list including information on the base station identifier of a radio-communicable base station 5. The radio communication mobile station 4 can download in advance software for utilizing the radio communication service in the adjacent service area groups before it arrives at the adjacent service area groups.
