<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed container capable of preventing breaking caused by a pressing force and an impact force applied to an outer face and a piercing force applied to an inner face. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical foamed body is extruded and foamed in a cylindrical shape by a die mounted to an extruder, and its diameter is continuously enlarged by a mandrel, and then it is spread so as to form a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet. A thermoplastic resin sheet is integrally bonded only on a part of the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet in slide contact with the mandrel, and a laminated sheet is obtained. The formed container A is formed by forming the laminated sheet so that the thermoplastic resin sheet is on the inner face. Thereby, the formed container A has a sufficient mechanical strength to stress applied to the inner and outer faces, so that it can be used stably without unpredictable breaking at the time of transporting or using. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
