PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be simply unsealed and reliably re-sealed. SOLUTION: The packaging box is constituted of: a body 1 including respective pairs of sidewalls 3 and end walls 4, and a bottom wall 20; and a lid 2 including respective pairs of lid side plates 8 and lid end plates 9, and a top wall 21. A folding plate 13 extending from the lower rim of the lid side plate 8 has a locking piece 14 extending from the upper rim of the sidewall 3 formed by cutting, so that the folding plate 13 is folded into between the sidewall 3 and the lid side plate 8 together with the locking piece 14 with a border between the piece 14 and the plate 13 as a cutting line 16 with a joint 15, to have the lid 2 put over the body 1. The packaging box is so structured that by twisting the lid 2 from the body 1, the joint 15 is cut to allow the lid 2 to open and by putting the lid 2 over the body 1, the locking piece 14 is engaged with the folding plate 13 to cause the lid 2 to be locked with the body 1.
