PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber composition which exhibits excellent oil resistance at a high temperature and excellent heat resistance, and its vulcanizate. SOLUTION: This ethylene/propylene/nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber composition and its vulcanizate each satisfies specified physical properties and contains a vulcanizing agent (E) and an age resistor (F). 100 pts.wt. of the ethylene/propylene/nonconjugated diene copolymer rubber is mixed with a carbonaceous material, an extender oil, a process oil, a filler, zinc oxide, stearic acid, the age resistor (F), the vulcanizing agent (E) and compounding ingredients, such as a vulcanization aid, to give a total amount of 300-450 pts.wt.
