PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable flexible format conversion of various data without increasing the size of a circuit. SOLUTION: Input buffers 101 to 108 are connected to all of 64 elements. The elements each stores only predetermined data in accordance with an address set by a microcode sequencer 20 even if data are input to any of the input buffers. For example, an element 111 at the first row from the right stores only the data corresponding to an input address from among data inputted to the respective buffers 101 to 109. Multiplexers 191 to 198 output the data from the elements sequentially in accordance with an output address. Specifically, the multiplexers 191 to 198 first output the data of the elements 111 to 118, next output the data of the elements 121 to 128, and finally output the elements 181 to 188.
