PURPOSE: A spring balancer is provided to suspend an air tool having a combination torque detection function by securing an operating space and improving an operating environment. CONSTITUTION: A spring balancer comprises a hose member(4), a rotary drum(5), a supporting shaft(6), a supporting member(S1) and a torque giving member. The hose member comprises a first hose and a second hose. The rotary drum rolls the hose member. The supporting shaft has a first air passage and a second air passage. The supporting member is supported in the supporting shaft to be rotatable. The supporting member comprises a cylindrical rotary coupling(15) to be rotated with the rotary drum. The torque giving member gives a torque to roll the hose member into the rotary drum. The rotary coupling connects the first hose with the first air passage. An opening is installed to connect the second hose with the second air passage. Thereby, an operating space is secured and an operating environment is improved.
