METHOD FOR PREPARING MULTI LAYER MICROCAPSULE CAPABLE OF ENCAPSULATING BOTH WATER AND FAT SOLUBLE INGREDIENTS WITH HIGH CHEMICAL STABILITY IN SURFACTANT SOLUTION

PURPOSE: To prepare a multi layer microcapsule that is capable of encapsulating both water and fat soluble ingredients with high chemical stability in surfactant solution, by self condensation reaction of methylol group existing on the surface of vesicle after amphiphilic molecule having self condensible head group and amphiphilic molecule related to vesicle formation being homogenized for the purpose of vesicle formation. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step (a) of synthesizing methylol urea by reacting urea with formaldehyde; a step (b) of synthesizing methylol urea-alkylamine having self-condensible head group by reacting methylol urea of the step (a) with alkylamine; a step (c) of preparing a multi layer vesicle by dispersing methylol urea-alkylamine having self-condensible head group of the step (b) along with amphiphiles onto water and homogenizing the dispersed material; and a step (d) of forming a polymer film by self-condensation reaction of methylol group on the surface of vesicle of the step (c).
