PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blackboard in which a blackboard surface plate can be replaced with ease and at a low cost without exerting adverse influence on magnetic products in the periphery of the blackboard. SOLUTION: A re-peelable adhesive 2 of an acrylic resin-based emulsion type is coated on the surface of a wood substrate 1 made of a veneer plate. Then, a blackboard surface plate 3 made of a steel plate or an enamel plate is bonded to the surface of the wood substrate 1 to enable the blackboard surface plate 3 to be easily released from the substrate 1. An acrylic rubber-based adhesive is used as the re-peelable adhesive 2, and the re-peelable adhesive 2 is diluted with an appropriate amount of water to provide a suitable viscosity force to match the material of the substrate 1 or the blackboard surface plate 3.
