PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, safely, and completely remove stain which is stuck to a mirror in a bathroom especially an anti-fogging mirror and which is difficult to remove. SOLUTION: The removing material of the stain on the mirror comprises: a sheet-like water holding material 1 containing a weak acid component as a stain removing component; a sheet-like nonpermeable base material 2 connected with this sheet-like water holding material 1 and having an adhesion margin part 2a projecting from this sheet-like water holding material 1; a sheet-like water shielding material 4 covering the sheet-like water holding material 1 for suppressing the evaporation of the weak acid component and water impregnating the sheet-like water holding material 1. At the adhesion margin part 2a of the sheet-like nonpermeable base material 2, an adhesion layer 3a for adhering to the surface of the mirror when using is formed, and the sheet-like water shielding material 4 is sealed adhering to the adhesive layer 3a in a separable manner.
