<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power apparatus having a transparent conductive film in which a small resistance and a small optical absorption loss are compatible. <P>SOLUTION: This photovoltaic power apparatus includes a photoelectric conversion layer made of an n-type single crystal silicon substrate 1 in which light is incident from the surface side, and the transparent conductive film 4 formed on the surface of the photoelectric conversion layer including an indium oxide layer having the surface orientation (222) and including two peaks of the surface (222) of the indium oxide layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
