PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant one-pack type epoxy resin composition which is used as a sealing material for electronic parts, excels in flame resistance and tracking resistance, and is free from terminal corrosiveness. SOLUTION: In the liquid epoxy resin composition comprising an epoxy resin (A), a curing agent (B), a filler (C), and a flame-retardant (D) as the essential components, the flame-retardant (D) is a compound represented by formula (I), and the curing agent (B) is preferably an imidazole compound.
