PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily cut a toilet paper with one hand and facilitate the mounting of the toilet paper by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: The toilet paper holder has a storage section 2 storing a paper roll 1, a projecting section 4 projecting in the direction of extraction of the paper roll 1 from the storage section 2 and a cutter section 5 provided, faced upward, at the end of the projecting section 4.
