PRODUCTION METHOD OF Au-Sn ALLOY FOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an Au-Sn alloy foil which efficiently and inexpensively produces a high-quality, ultra-thin Au-Sn alloy foil. SOLUTION: After depositing an Au-Sn alloy plating on a conductor made of an Fe or Ti metallic material which shows low adhesion to the Au-Sn alloy, the Au-Sn alloy foil is peeled off from the conductor and processed.
