PURPOSE: Provided is a preservative free cosmetic composition containing the extract of Dictyophora indusiata to prevent skin wrinkles. The composition displays high antibacterial effect and is thus effective for anti-inflammation and excellent skin stability. CONSTITUTION: The preservative free cosmetic composition having moisturizing, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects on the skin is characterized by the steps of: freeze-drying the Dictyophora indusiata mycelium and followed by pulverization; dipping the powder in ethanol at room temperature for 48 hours and followed by filtration using double layered whatman paper; concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure; and adding 0.5-20% of the concentrate to the composition.
