PURPOSE: A display device of a mobile communication terminal is provided to realize a slim display device of a mobile communication terminal by removing a light guide plate. CONSTITUTION: First and second molecular alignment layers(104a,104b) cover a liquid crystal material at both sides for uniformly arranging liquid crystal molecules and refracting incident light to be transmitted. A first polarizing plate(106a) is mounted at the outside of the first molecular alignment layer for transmitting light biased in a specific direction. A second polarizing plate(106b) is mounted at the outside of the second molecular alignment layer for transmitting light biased in a specific direction, and is processed to be capable of total reflection and diffused reflection of the incident light.
