PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of a construction machine which can enhance cooling efficiencies of heat exchangers. SOLUTION: The construction machine is equipped in an upper rotating body with an engine, hydraulic equipment, a plurality of heat exchangers for cooling the engine and the hydraulic equipment, and cooling fans for sending air to the heat exchangers. In this machine, the engine is disposed in a ventilation space formed in the upper rotating body 1, and the heat exchangers 8, 7 are separately disposed on longitudinally opposite sides of the engine 2. The first cooling fan 4 for cooling one 8 of the heat exchangers is disposed facing the heat exchanger 8, the second fan 10 for cooling the other heat exchanger 7 is disposed facing the other heat exchanger 7, and air-blowing directions of the first and second cooling fans 4, 10 are agreed with each other.
