The invention relates to a method for mechanical and biological processing o f wastes, in particular residual wastes consisting of physico-chemical processing (PCA) for removing nitric acid from processed water which is exem pt of organic components. Said invention also relates to a hybrid reactor consisting of a fixed bed, a sludge extraction device and a device for supernatant destruction.
