PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a same control for a drive control in one side recording irrespective of whether a reversal carrying part is present or not. SOLUTION: A clutch 51 is installed between a first motor 50 and a sheet delivery roller 30, and a clutch 55 is installed between a second motor 54 and the sheet delivery roller 30. In a one-side recording mode, the clutch 51 is engaged and the clutch 52 is disengaged, and the first motor 50 is driven to rotate the sheet delivery roller 30. In a double-side recording mode, the clutch 51 is disengaged and the clutch 55 is engaged, and the second motor 55 is driven to rotate the sheet delivery roller 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
