FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should treat surgical suturing material with 1-10%-alcoholic solution of N,N,N',N'-tetramethylthionine chloride. The method enables to obtain blue-colored suturing material of prolonged antimicrobial action with redox properties which accelerate the process for tissue healing. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment. |
