Invention : an ultra low ground pressure system for Powered Load Carrying Machines on rubber tires, for example construction equipment (ie skid-steer loader, load er- backhoe), tractors, fork lifts, trucks and similar machines. This system consists of two components each to be considered for patent protection. 1) Steel Plates: A series of plates that are placed one after the other to create a solid surface on which the tires of the load carrying machine can travel. These plates have openings in the centre to reduce weight and permit their handling and transf er by the second component of the system. 2) Plate Grabber; A hydraulically operated device that attaches to the load carrying machine and that interfaces mechanically with each steel plate (component 1) to transport and place it.
