FIELD: biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in fodder preparing for treatment of cereal moiety of diets. Multienzyme supplement comprises the following components, wt.-%: enzyme preparation --2 - 30-40; enzyme preparation protosubtilin, 0-5; enzyme preparation celloviridine, - 0-10; barley malt, 55-65; rye malt, 0-65. Fermentation of milled grains, bran or cereal mixture is carried out at value of liquid coefficient 1:2 and temperature +60oC for 3 h. Norm of multienzyme supplements is 0.1% of air-dry substance of grains forage. Using multienzyne supplement allows to brought about the rye content in grains mixture up to 50% and to enhance the total content of sugars in ready fodder up to 300 g/kg and above in simultaneous retention of low viscosity value of fodder.
