PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a three-dimensional shape is provided to improve reliability of an article by precisely measuring the three-dimensional shape of the article using a moire pattern generator. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus includes a probe base(3) vertically installed in a body(1). The probe base(3) has a transparent plate shape and provided at a middle portion thereof with a main driver(11). A motor driver(5) having a polygon mirror(4) is mounted on an upper portion of the probe base(3). A laser diode module section(6) is installed at a lower portion of the motor driver(5) in order to radiate laser beam towards the polygon mirror(4). A CCD camera(10) including a manual lens(9) is mounted on a lower portion of the probe base(3). A second filter section(8) is positioned at a front of the CCD camera(10). A first filter(7) is positioned at a front of the polygon mirror(4).
