PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device of a plasma display panel that can apply a plurality of driving pulses with the mutually different polarities to identical-row electrodes of the PDP by transistors having low dielectric strength. SOLUTION: Provided is a row electrode driving means of applying a pulse having a specified polarity and a reset pulse having the polarity different from the specified polarity to row electrodes. Further, provided is a control circuit which turns on a 5th MOS transistor and turns off a 4th MOS transistor in the case of setting a 1st MOS transistor and a 2nd MOS transistor, or a 3rd MOS transistor in an ON state, and also turns off the 5th MOS transistor when a reset pulse generating means applies the reset pulse to the row electrodes.
