PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a burdock product with unconventional palate feeling and enjoyable taste, intended for tasting delicious ice cream by putting miso-pickled burdock in the center of cream. SOLUTION: This burdock product is obtained by putting the miso-pickled burdock (2) in the center of cylindrical ice cream (1) and wrapping the product with coating (3) of bean-jam-filled wafers.
