PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to normally receive a multicast signal or a broadcast signal without being influenced by a super frame synchronizing state, a communication line state and the like. SOLUTION: A high frequency signal received by an antenna 101 is processed by a high frequency signal processing part 102 and converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 103 and the digital signal is demodulated by a demodulation part 106 and stored in a receiving buffer 107. A map control part 108 determines whether receiving data are multicast signals or not, and at the time of determining the multicast signals, stores receiving position management information expressing the frame position of receiving data to its own device in a receiving map 109. When the receiving data are not the multicast signals, processing is not performed. The processing is performed only by the number of frames corresponding to the maximum storage capacity of the receiving map 109 to complete the receiving map. After completing the receiving map, multicast-signal receiving processing is performed on the basis of the receiving position management information stored in the receiving map 109.
