PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus is provided to arouse interest in people when it is applied to rotating objects, such as playing equipment, and to ensure safety of people, specifically in night. CONSTITUTION: The light emitting apparatus for a rotator(1), which is installed to a fixed shaft by interposing a bearing, comprises a rotating shaft(5) centrally fixed to the rotator so as to integrally rotate with the rotator, one side of the rotating shaft being installed with a rotating plate(20), a power source(30) installed to the rotating shaft by interposing a bearing, the power source being installed at one side thereof with a gear and at the other side thereof with an electric generator, a fixed plate(40) coupled to the fixed shaft and having a gear engaged with the gear of the power source, a cover unit adapted to cover the fixed shaft and the power source, and a plurality of light emitting diodes connected to the power source using electric wires, the diodes being mounted to a rim(3) of the rotator.
