PURPOSE: A semi-transmissive LCD device is provided not to form reflective electrodes in parts which are not substantially beneficial to reflective features within a reflective window. CONSTITUTION: TFTs are formed in each pixel part of a substrate(100). An organic insulating film(116) is formed on the TFTs and the substrate(100), and includes plural concavo-convex portions for light diffusion. Reflective electrodes(124) are formed on the organic insulating film(116) to be electrically connected with the TFTs through a contact hole(120) piercing through the organic insulating film(116), and are patterned not to be formed in areas which are not beneficial to reflective features within a reflective window.
