PURPOSE: A rolling member connection belt and a motion guide device including the same are provided to allow the rolling member to be rotated in a circulation passage by employing a metal rolling member connection belt. CONSTITUTION: A rolling member connection belt(26) allows a series of rolling members to rotate. The rolling members circulates in a circulation passage. The circulation passage includes a loaded rolling passage, a non-loaded return passage, and a pair of rolling direction changing members. The loaded rolling passage includes a rolling member rolling part formed on a track member and another rolling member rolling part formed on a movable member. The non-loaded return passage is formed in the movable member. The rolling direction champing members connect the loaded rolling passage and the non-loaded return passage to the circulation passage.
