PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device improved in ride comfort and layout of a vehicle by improving a shape and an arrangement position of a torsion bar. SOLUTION: The torsion bar 4 is constituted of an inner bar 14, an outer bar 16 and a turn-up part 15 where an axis of the inner bar is conformed to an axis of the outer bar and one end of the inner bar is mutually unified with one end of the outer bar. The other end of the inner bar is serration-connected to a tube 18 of a trailing arm 2. An outer periphery of the other end of the outer bar is also serration-connected to an inner peripheral surface of a bracket 22 fixed on the inner side of a vehicle width direction of a side member 12a. The torsion bar is arranged with its axis conformed to an arm rotating shaft P1 of the trailing arm by putting the inner bar through a through hole 12a1 of the side member, making the inner bar penetrate toward the outside of the vehicle width direction, serration-connecting the inner bar to the tube, and serration-connecting the outer bar to the bracket 22.
