PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a signal condition of a track circuit by using a tester or the like having a peak hold function. SOLUTION: A measuring device for a train control signal comprises a setting means for setting an input time interval of a prescribed train control signal applied to the prescribed track circuit, a receiving means for receiving a signal from the prescribed track circuit and capable of keeping a peak value of the received signal, and a display means for displaying a train control signal condition on the track circuit based on the input time interval of the set train control signal and the peak value kept.
