PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit much information by a method of high instantantaneity. SOLUTION: An application system for monitoring an information processor installed in the information processor connected to a network is provided with a function for monitoring automatically a resource of the information processor or the like, and a function for notifying information of a mooted point automatically when a trouble is generated. In processing for the notification hereinbefore, a notifying method having easiness and instantantaneity, and a notifying method having detail processing and connection processing are provided as a notification method.
