The device has a shovel (1) connected to a ribbon of bag wound around a carton cylinder (5). The shovel has a space (2) in which the bag is circulated, when the bag is unwound from the cylinder. Pre-detachable bags are arranged in a long ribbon that forms a roll (8) around the cylinder called as cartridge. The cylinder is moved by projection of discs.
