PURPOSE: A fire door and an opening and shutting device are provided to install a device for opening the fire door to a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A fire door(20) and an opening and shutting device(10) have a hinge unit for mounting a hinge, in which the opening and shutting devices are installed in parallel, on the fire door; a displacement unit for opening the fire door, operating a shutting device installed to a sensor operation hinge when a fire breaks out, and shutting the fire door; and a unit for controlling the shutting device for shutting the fire door by the displacement unit on the basis of installation of the shutting device from the hinge unit. The hinge unit mounts the opening and shutting devices to the hinge and opens the fire door, and hinge unit operates the shutting device installed to the sensor operation hinge and shuts the fire door if a fire breaks out.
