PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and grain removal brush having improved durability when brush-removing residual deposited powder and grains after carrying out powder and grains and furthermore reducing the property of depositing the power and grains when brushing (brush removing). SOLUTION: The deposited powder and grain removal brush comprises a brush base 36a and a hair implantation part 36b formed by implanting polar synthetic resin bristles (hard hairs) in the brush base 36a.
