<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share information in a factory, and to improve production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Large displaying of management information is carried out by using a liquid crystal projector PRJ in a factory. The screen SCR is set to a position where objects utilizing the display contents(the storage conditions of products in a storehouse) can be simultaneously visualized. Therefore, (1) the storage instructions and actual conditions of the products in the storehouse, and (2) component requests from an assembly line to a component warehouse and component shipping conditions in the component warehouse or the like are displayed according to the set place. The uppermost process(warehousing conditions of components and materials from the outside) and lowermost process(shipping conditions) of the whole factory are displayed in parallel in a staff room. Thus, it is possible for the operators and managers of each department to accurately grasp the conditions in the factory in real time from the display, and to realize smooth operations and the improvement of production efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
