PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetization system capable of 100% magnetization without increasing the capacity by an arrangement where the majority of magnetization fluxes do not escape to a barrier but pass through the opposite ends of a magnet. SOLUTION: The magnetization system comprising a cylindrical magnetization yoke 4 having a magnetic pole 3 consisting of a plurality of ties parts 2 arranged in the circumferential direction at a constant interval and open slot parts 1 formed between the ties parts 2, and a magnetization yoke winding 5 for generating magnetic field applied in the slot parts 1 flashes a rotor magnet 6 disposed oppositely to the inside of each magnetic pole face of the magnetization yoke 4 through an air gap by supplying a current to the magnetization yoke winding 5 wherein the slots at the slot parts 1 of the magnetization yoke 4 are arranged in parallel with each other.
