PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-polluting treatment with a heating reaction by spraying NAOH and silicide to waste and absorb dioxin in order to prevent the environmental pollution. SOLUTION: NA ions in NAOH are chemically combined with Cl ions in dioxin to decompose dioxin to be non-polluted, thus, achieving insolubilization of heavy metals by gelation/solidification.
