PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vermin repelling film having a layer containing a vegetable extract component having improved repelling action of mugwort extract component on stored grain insects such as rice weevil, Mediterranean flour moth, Indian meal moth and cockroach, clothes vermin such as webbing clothes moth and human body vermin such as mite. SOLUTION: The vermin repelling film is produced by applying a liquid composition containing vegetable extract composed mainly of a liquid containing mugwort extract, a liquid containing the extract of Houttuynia cordata and a fixing agent. The liquid composition containing the vegetable extract may be further incorporated with a sustainability improving agent to improve the sustainability of the repelling effect on vermin.
