PURPOSE: A heating valve and a heating control system for driving and controlling the heating valve are provided to precisely control circulating water of heating water and to smoothly supply the heating water to each room. CONSTITUTION: A heating valve includes a body(110); a heating water inlet(111) formed on a side of the body, for the inflow of heating water; a heating water outlet(112) formed on the other side of the body, for the outflow of the heating water passing through the body; a vent hole(114) connecting the heating water inlet and the heating water outlet; a valve rod(121) vertically moving; and a flow control operation part joined to the end of the valve rod. A valve body(122) opening and shutting the vent hole is mounted on the flow control operation part. The heating valve further includes a flow-sensing part formed inside the heating water outlet, to sense a flow of the heating water. The heating valve includes a propeller(131) rotating by the heating water flowing from the vent hole; a rotating shaft(132) connected to the propeller; a magnet(133) mounted on a predetermined part of the rotating shaft; and a hole sensor(134) mounted on a position corresponding to the magnet.
