PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a telephone call using a VoIP standard protocol between respective terminals in a telephone system realizing a VoIP telephone using a radio terminal. SOLUTION: This telephone system for performing the telephone call between a radio terminal (106) and an IP terminal (111) using the VoIP standard protocol has a base station (105) for the radio terminal (106) for using the VoIP standard protocol to perform call control with the IP terminal (111), a standard protocol server (210) for using the VoIP standard protocol to mediate call control between the base station (105) and the IP terminal (111), and independent protocol servers (220 and 223) for using an independent protocol to manage the radio terminal (106) with the base station (105).
