PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gripper seat height adjustment device which collectively adjusts the height of two or more gripper seat bars under a highly rigid structure. SOLUTION: The gripper seat height adjustment device is structured of two pieces of actuating shafts (13) and (14) which are installed concentrically with a paper carrying barrel (1) and in the way that the shafts (13) and (14) are rotated from the right/left sides of the barrel (1). One piece (13) of the actuating shafts (13) and (14) functions for adjusting the height of the gripper seat bars (2) and the other piece (14) functions for securing/setting the gripper seat bars (2) free.
