<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record data in an exact position in a disk in which an address is recorded by wobbling. <P>SOLUTION: The track of an optical disk is separated into a plurality of clusters for recording data, and a link area is formed between the clusters. The cluster and the link area are constituted by frame units in which 85 bytes constitute one frame. One cluster is constituted of 28 frames, and 16 KB. The link area is constituted of 2 frames.
