PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly reinforce the whole region of a fluoroplastic sheet by a fabric reinforcing material by uniformly extending the stitches of the reinforcing material sheet so as to follow the fluoroplastic sheet without damaging and wrinkling the reinforcing material sheet at the time of molding by setting the angle, which is formed by the warp or weft yarns of the fabric reinforcing material of a composite sheet and at least one side of a square mold, to 30-60°when the composite sheet, which is formed by superposing the fluoroplastic sheet and the fabric reinforcing material one upon another to integrate them is press-molded by the mold. SOLUTION: In this deep-draw molded product for an expansion joint comprising the composite sheet formed by superposing the fluoroplastic sheet and the fabric reinforcing material one upon another to integrate them, the angle, which is formed by the warp or weft yarns of the fabric reinforcing material of a composite sheet and at least one side of a square mold, is set to 30-60°to press-mold the composite sheet under heating to integrate the same to manufacture the deep-draw molded product.
