PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an open flow controller cannot calculate an appropriate path in the case where path calculation over multiple segments is required.SOLUTION: In a communication system, a plurality of segments are formed each of which comprises: a communication path instruction device for instructing a predetermined network to construct a communication path, the network in which the communication path is constructed by the communication path instruction device, and information acquisition means for acquiring network information on the network. The networks of the segments are connected with each other via a network connection device respectively. The communication system comprises: information aggregation means for aggregating multiple pieces of network information acquired by the information acquisition means; and upper-level communication path instruction means for instructing each of the networks in the segments to construct a communication path. Thereby the upper-level communication path instruction means uses the information aggregated by the information aggregation server to give an instruction to construct a communication path going through the multiple networks. |
