PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to start a plurality of clients especially connected to a LAN as quick as possible in a network starting system. SOLUTION: When a plurality of clients connected to the LAN are started, a client starting server transmits common OS file data to be used for all clients in common via the LAN and then transmits individual OS file data to be individually used by each client to the client via the LAN.
