PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earplug, simply removed, heightening the soundproof and waterproof effect, clean and usable for long time. SOLUTION: This earplug 10 is composed of a plug body 20 formed of plastic material freely deformable at an ordinary temperature, and a cover 30 formed of a plastic film to cover the plug body 20. The plug body 20 is shaped like a bullet so that the tip directing toward an inlet of an earhole is pointed, and provided with a takeout piece 32 at the rear end thereof. The plug body 20 is covered with the cover 30 to form the takeout piece 32 at the rear end. Covering of the plastic film prevents adhesion of dirt to the plug body 20, so that the plug can be used cleanly for long time. The takeout piece 32 is fitted to the rear end, whereby even if the earplug 10 is inserted to the inmost part of the meatus acusticus, it can be easily removed.
