PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion body which surely excludes the influences of vibrations and heat and surely shields an electromagnetic wave (radiation noise). SOLUTION: This cushion body 4 is formed by molding a mixture of an impact absorbing gel (heat-resisting elastic member) 5 made of a polyurethane resin and ferrite particles (electromagnetic wave shielding body) 6 in a box shape. Since the impact absorbing gel 5 is gelatinous, the impact absorbing gel 5 does not have liquidity but has shape stability and has heat dissipation deriving from thermal resistance and thermal conductivity in addition to an impact absorption property. The ferrite particles 6 are localized on the side of a main substrate 2 at the bottom part 4a of the cushion body 4 and is provided with electromagnetic wave shielding performance that prevents transmission of the electromagnetic wave by absorbing or reflecting the electromagnetic wave.
